Donations are sent manually, so every draw goes through two stages here: Pending the moment a shelter is selected, then Published once the donation is sent and proof is posted. Crypto donations are confirmed on-chain. Card and bank donations are confirmed with a combination of receipts, screenshots, and screen recordings, so nothing relies on trust alone. Each Published entry also links to the exact Solana block used to pick that round's winner, so the draw itself, not just the payment, can be independently verified.

Is $CATS an investment or financial product?
No. $CATS is a memecoin on Solana. It is highly speculative, extremely volatile, and carries a high risk of loss. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice, and there is no expectation of profit from holding $CATS. Please do your own research.
How is the random shelter chosen?
Every eligible, verified shelter gets one entry in that round's draw. The winner is chosen using the Solana blockhash of a slot that doesn't exist until the round closes, hashed together with the ordered list of eligible shelters, so the result can't be predicted or fixed in advance and anyone can recompute it. What do "Pending" and "Published" mean in the donations table?
Donations aren't sent automatically. A real person sends each one after a shelter is drawn. "Pending" means a shelter has been selected for that round but the donation hasn't gone out yet. "Published" means the donation has been sent and its proof (an on-chain transaction link, or a receipt with screenshots and a screen recording) has been posted.
